Can I request a refund if I don’t like my purchase? We are sorry you do not like your purchase, we always make sure to include as many photos and a full description so you can make an informed decision, however, we understand people can change their minds! In this instance we would offer you a credit note to be used online or in the shop. In the first instance, please email us if you have any issues with your order: oolaboolavintage@gmail.com
Can I request a refund if my purchase is faulty? Most of our clothing is preloved and therefore may have some natural wear and tear due to age etc. We will always disclose in the product description if there are any marks or other damage, as well as photographic proof. This gives you a full picture of what you are buying. Therefore, we would not provide a refund on a product that includes a disclaimer however, if there’s damage to an item we were unaware of, please email us: oolaboolavintage@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

How long does shipping take? We use 1st class Royal Mail which takes between 1 to 2 days for delivery (this may differ due to Sundays and bank holidays). You will receive an email letting you know when it is out for delivery. If you would like special delivery, please contact us and we can arrange this for you (a charge will apply).
How long will it take for my order to be processed once purchased? Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process and package your item. We are only a family of three but will do our best to process items in a timely manner.
I’m unsure on the sizing of an item, can you provide measurements? Yes, of course! Sizings have shifted over the decades and we have tried to provide measurements for most of our items, Please send us an email or contact us on Instagram and we can provide exact measurements for you.
